Beach Bucket List

A bucket list is a group of events or tasks that you want to complete before you die. People often create them as a type of goal. If you have a goal it is a lot easier to accomplish something. When you make a bucket list, it can have an unlimited amount of things you want to accomplish; there is no limit. If you want to travel somewhere specific or participate in certain things, it might be a good idea to create a bucket list.

The number one item on my bucket list is visiting Hawaii and participating in activities native to the culture. Hawaii is an archipelago of islands including the main island Hawaii, Maui, Oahu, Honolulu, Kauai, and some other mini islands. As of now, I would want to stay in Maui, but visit different locations in the state. I am most attracted to Maui because the beaches look so beautiful and I would like to spend a day or two playing in the water. It would be fun to snorkel, surf, and swim with the fish. I would also enjoy visiting the Volcano National Park.

In conclusion, there is no goal too small or big to be on a bucket list. It can be anything from mastering riding a bike to traveling around the world. Going to Hawaii has been a wish of mine since I was eight. I have always wanted to go and am hoping to visit after college with some friends. I plan on getting to Hawaii by saving up enough money for a plane ticket, a place to stay, and souvenirs. Then I will plan out how many days I will stay, where to camp out, and locations to visit. After that, it is all a matter of getting the nerve to actually get there. When I graduate, I am excited to be able to cross going to Hawaii off my bucket list.
