Safety First!

      Ryan Lehnert works as a Pendleton Police officer. As a police officer he keeps people in his community safe by enforcing traffic laws, arresting criminals, patrolling the city to prevent crimes, and holds people accountable for making poor choices. Ryan enjoys his job because everyday is different and he gets to keep people safe. Also it is exciting and fast past. His least favorite thing about his job is having to see kids be hurt. He has worked 18 years in the Law in Force meant and retired from the National Guard. The hardest thing for him to do in his job is to investigate child sex abuse cases. If Ryan could change one thing about his job it would be to get more police officers because it will help protect the community.
