A Little Note From Your Bi-Polar Girlfriend

For photo credit: Click HERE
Dear, Summer

I honestly hate you. You bring out the sun, and along with it, the nasty sun burns. I can’t even go outside without being hit by your burring rays of sun. Why do you have to be so agonizing!? And HOT! When you come around, it’s almost like the bees use you as an excuse to pester me. The mosquitos use you as bait for my own flesh and skin. But you know what? I think I may love you… You make me feel warm inside. And you always “light” up my day. And you know? You’re not as bad as I thought you were. Just kidding. I still hate you.
                                                                Love, your bi-polar girlfriend

The Top of My Bucket List

Most people want to travel to exotic places like Paris or Italy before they die. Or some people want to sky dive or bungee jump. But not me. I want to move to Cambodia. My reasoning is because a man who lives there came to my youth group to share what it's like there. I want to move to Cambodia because the lighter the skin and the plumper you are the prettier and the more handsome you are. Also one American
dollar is equal to two thousand of their dollars. I think moving there would be fun and an awesome adventure!

Summer Days

jennifertalli.wordpress.com
Dear New News Now,
This summer is going to be a wreck. I’m at my dad’s all summer long but the thing is that my dad lives somewhere else. I have no friends who live there, my dad works all day, and I’m an only child. What should I do?
                        -Summer Bummer

Dear Summer Bummer,
You don’t need to worry. There are many things you can do, like walking, swimming at the public pool, and making new friends. You can also join some summer clubs that are going on around the area. By doing that, you can meet new people and may have good relationships with some of them. Friendships last forever. If you are really particular about reading books, you can read all the books you want. You can catch up on your favorite series or start a new book. There are many activities that you can do during summer. I hope you have a fun summer and that these tips helped.

Peanutbutter Cookies

www.peanutbutterboy.com
These peanut butter cookies are perfect for summer. They are super fast and easy to make on hot summer days.
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup crunchy peanut butter (not natural)
1 cup light brown sugar
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1½ cups chopped salted peanuts

To Finish:
½ cup granulated sugar, for rolling

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line three baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside.

3. With an electric mixer, beat the butter on medium speed for two minutes, until smooth and creamy. Add the peanut butter and beat for another minute or so until combined and creamy. Add the light brown and granulated sugar and beat for an additional 3 minutes, until light and fluffy, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating for about a minute after each addition, again scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary. Reduce the speed to low and add the dry ingredients gradually, mixing only until just combined. Mix in the chopped peanuts for about seconds.

4. Put the additional ½ cup of granulated sugar in a small bowl. Using a large cookie scoop (or about 3 tablespoons full of dough), scoop out the dough and roll into a ball. Drop the balls of dough into the sugar and roll around to coat, them place on the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches of space between them. Dip the tines of a fork in the sugar and press the tines against each ball in one direction, and then in a perpendicular directions - the balls of dough should now be flattened rounds with crisscross indentations.

5. Bake the cookies for about 10 to 11 minutes, until they are lightly browned and still a little soft. Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for a minute before transferring them to a cooling rack. (If you are re-using baking sheets, be sure to cool the baking sheets between batches.) Cool to room temperature. The cookies should be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
These peanut butter cookies are great for any occasion, like barbecues, parties, or even just for fun.

This summer vacation was one of my all time favorites. We traveled around the States and saw many   (adjective)   landmarks. Although I didn’t enjoy sitting next to my cousin (family member name)  during the car rides. S/he smelled like old (type of food) and took up most of the seats. We took a  (large number) hour car ride, up a(n) (adjective)  road. When we finally reached the first landmark, there was an old shed covering the (adjective) ball of twine. I took my picture in front of it, and didn’t realize until after we had left that a(n) (animal)  photo-bombed the shot! The next site we saw was the (adjective) canyon, it was (number)  miles wide. My dad saw a(n) (animal) (verb ending in -ing)  in in the sky. After the canyon, we went to (State name) and saw the (adjective) (noun). The only good thing I got out of that was a (color)  t-shirt that said “I love (same State name)Out of all the sites we saw, my favorite was a small ghost town on the border of  (two different State names). It was my favorite because you could dress up, and pretend you were living in the 1880’s.  I had lots of fun pretending to be a(n) (adjective)  cowboy.

Dear NNN,
Summer is getting so close now that I think about it! But there is only one problem, I just don't know what to do! Please help me with my boredom!!
                                                                    Sincerely,
                                                                                     Very Bored

Dear Very Bored,
We are all so excited that summer is so close also! There are a million and one things to do in the summer. The best activity to do is to hit up some friends and hang out. Or if you are feeling really creative you can set up a lemonade stand and make some quick cash to spend. Summer is just a time where school is out and it's time to have fun. It is the time to be super creative and out of the ordinary! Summer is the time to have a blast!
                        Sincerely,
                                         NNN

Adult Time

wallpapersforwall.blogspot.com
It is around summertime when the children become lazy and adults are angered at their lack of a summer break. But do not worry parents, there is a mysterious thing for these chair-bound shorties called the outdoors. The outdoors is a place for activities; such as running, playing, sports, or working. This is a scary thought to most kids who just want to play video games. But do not fret, if you threaten to take away such activities, your children will willingly leave the house. While the children are out you can finally be free. Now you can finally finish your game.
