Allowing Phones in School.

Google Images
When you were a kid did you ever have to call your mom at school and they wouldn’t let you? School has become much more strict about the use of phones in school even when students aren’t using them and they are turned off. Cell phones aren’t always bad, they could be used as learning devices also. According to the Center for Digital Democracy 80% of teens have cell phones. A lot of high schools and middle schools don’t have enough computers for all the students to use, by allowing them to use their phones the internet would be much easier to get to and it would save schools money. With current phones today they are more than just ‘gadgets’, they are communicators, organizers, and capable of searching at anytime. So ask yourself, why should we let the few people that misuse the technology ruin it for everyone else?
