Small Changes to Eat Healthier

    Eating healthy is something many people don’t do, and is something that is very hard to accomplish. I myself do not eat perfectly healthy, but if you make these few small changes you are on your way to a healthier life. One change you can make is eating wheat bread instead of white bread. Another change you can make is drinking with white milk instead of chocolate milk, whether you’re at school or at home. Along with changing what kind of milk you drink you should also check what kind of juice you drink. For example, 100% apple juice is much healthier than drinks like Kool-aid, which is full of sugar. Other changes you can make are eating healthier snacks, such as, eating fruit instead of chocolate or candy bars, and for dessert, eating strawberries with light whipped cream instead of ice cream or cake. These are just a few small changes out of many, and I hope these tips help you start making healthier food choices.
