Messy Room Blues?

Dear NNN,

     My mother is always after me to clean my room. I like my room the way it is. It’s
my room. I should be able to keep it the way I want. What can I do?

Dear Tired of Arguing,

      I can understand what you’re going through. You have to remember that it’s

your mom’s house, too. And maybe guests don't like your room, embarresing your parents.
Compromise. Talk to your mom and see if there’s an arrangement
both you are satisfied with. Maybe your dad can also help you as well.
