Long Distance Running

Running long distances in cross country with asthma can be difficult if you don't know how to manage it . Since I have asthma, I make sure I take about 2 puffs a day. Being dehydrated can cause dizziness, and can lead to serious consequences, so keep hydrated. When you’re running in a meet or practicing, and you start to run out of breath, run at a slower pace. Running at a slower pace will help you catch your breath to run at a faster pace. While running, if your side begins to hurt, try to growl it out. It seems weird but it helps. To run longer, it helps to inhale through your nose and exhale out your mouth. Taking these steps help me become a better runner. So suppose you’re a runner and are having a hard time with running long distances, take my advice and let’s hope for the best.
