Healthy Snacks Advice


    Have you ever wanted a healthy snack, but not known what was healthy? Well there is a lot of healthy, good food to satisfy your tummy, such as popcorn. I’m not talking about the salty, buttery, and gooey kind  you get at the movies or that you microwave. I’m talking about pure popcorn, with no oil, butter, or salt. It is a very delicious and a healthy snack. Another good snack is nuts, like almonds and cashews. If you buy the kind with no salt added, they are quite healthy for you! One last healthy snack is non-fat non-sugar instant pudding. This one is my personal favorite because it’s fast and delicious, and who doesn’t love pudding! Whatever healthy snack you choose, remember that It’s not about looks, it’s what is on the inside that counts.
