Living a Healthy Life
As you walk around you will more than likely see people eating Big
Macs, greasy pizza, chocolaty donuts, and drinking 42 ounces of soda.
You think to yourself, those people are making some unhealthy decisions,
and you think to yourself I don’t want to be one of those people. So
here are some tips on living a healthy life so, you don't fall into that
trap. Instead of a Big Mac you could order a salad at McDonald's or go
to Subway and buy a sub sandwich. Also instead of a greasy, pepperoni,
thick crust pizza, you could get a thin crust vegetarian pizza. For
breakfast don’t eat a chocolaty donut, eat some Quaker oatmeal with some
fresh berries. Last but not least, instead of a 42 ounce soda, you
should buy a water bottle because soda just rots your teeth and is pure
sugar. Exercising will also help you live a healthy life too. You could
exercise every morning before school or work and exercise at night after
you eat dinner. Doing both exercising and eating healthy will help you
lead an enjoyable life where you feel and look great.
