Caramel Popcorn Balls By:Keyshawn Jackson The reason why I chose this recipe is because it is very easy to make and anyone can do it. It is a great snack to make for fall.
Ingredients Vegetable Oil, Popcorn, Butter Packed Light Brown Sugar, Light Corn Syrup, Sweetened Condensed Milk, and Vanilla Extract.
First Add one tablespoon of the oil to a 4 quart saucepan, and heat over high heat. When the oil is hot, add 1/2 cup of popcorn. Keep pan always moving. Once the corn has stopped popping, take it away from the heat. Keep popcorn warm.
Second In a saucepan with a candy thermometer inserted, combine butter, sugar, and corn syrup. Stir this together and put over medium heat. Stir in condensed milk and simmer, stirring until the thermometer reaches 238 degrees Fahrenheit (114 degrees Celsius). Then you want to stir in vanilla. This will make the caramel.
Third After everything has been made you want to pour caramel over the popcorn and stir. Butter your hands lightly. Then shape the popcorn into Caramel Popcorn Balls. One batch will approximately make 15 Caramel Popcorn Balls. Ready to eat!!
Results In the end this recipe turned out great and tastes very good. This is a great recipe  because they are very easy to make. Everybody loves popcorn.
