Awkwardness-the emotional state of intense discomfort with oneself. Yeah that works. I mean,wow ,I’m sorry. Yeah super sorry about that. Okay, here we go have you ever had enough ¨skill¨ to trip up the stairs, fall over nothing, call someone by not there name, and ran into your screen door. Yep, guess what you amazing person you, theres a national day just for our memories its called,March 18th, oh and National Awkward Moments Day.

N.A.M.D is a day where you can laugh at yourself for being awkward. And trust me I know about awkward moments. You should see my library of these ¨moments”. I choose this day because my Awkwardness has always been a huge part of my life. Most of my memories involve my or others awkwardness. One of my many memories was by running into the screen door during my 8th birthday in front of all my guests.

Although it is a national holiday there is no clear origin of how it came to be and some even go as far as to call it an unofficial holiday. On this day I believe we should re-live Some of our awkward moments with close friends and family and laugh at the times we showed our ¨skill¨
