But there is one holiday that most people are unfamiliar with, which is called, National Pizza with the Works Except Anchovies Day. Anchovies are a family of small, common salt-water forage fish, and are usually found in the Atlantic, Indian, and Pacific Ocean. Anchovies are green fish that have blue reflection, and traditionally they are processed in a salt brine, and then packed in oil or salt which results in their characteristic flavor. I choose this day because I love pizza, and I thought this was interesting since I hate anchovies.

This day is great for all the pizza lovers, vegetable lovers, meat lovers and bread lovers. For this day, people should order in a big pizza from Pizza Hut or Dominos or any other pizza place, and ask for all toppings, except anchovies. It would bring awareness to this day, and cause more people to want to buy a pizza. This is great for the companies and the people, because the companies are bringing in more money, and people are happy because they have a good meal for week or two. Now that we know what to do and what National Pizza with the Works Except Anchovies Day is, what I plan to do on November 12th is to go to my favorite pizza place and order for every single topping on my pizza except anchovies, and eat it and be glad that I contributed to an amazing holiday.
