Writing a Novel
Ever since I was a child I have had a way with words. By the age of three I was speaking in complete sentences. From communication, and writing, to rhythmic schemes, the artistic flow of words has always come easily to me. Let’s face it we all have that one thing that we are truly passionate about, one thing that we can put all of our confidence into. For some it may be a sport, for others something creative such as art, but for me it is a blank sheet of paper, and pen. Anaïs Nin once stated, that “the role of a writer is not to say what we all can say, but what we are unable to say”. This quote really captures the true meaning of why I love writing, when spilling my heart out on a page there is nothing holding me back. No fear of what someone’s response might be. My thoughts flow onto the pages, like a current in a fast moving river. One day I strive to write my very own novel. This goal is at the tip-top of my bucket list. Even more than traveling the world, or meeting Zac Efron, I would like to write a novel. To be able to look over and see someone reading a book with my name on the cover, that would be the greatest feeling in the world.
