Awkward Transistions

For three long years I have rode the stinky yellow bus, to the yellow banana shaped school on top of a hill. It seems like only yesterday I was taking my first steps down the sixth grade hall to begin my journey through Middle School. From Outdoor School to The East Coast Tour Middle School has been full of great opportunities. Junior High is the beginning of an awkward change into adulthood. The three years that I have spent at Sunridge are finally up, and next year I will make the transition into High School. The thought of being up there, and being the youngest again is quite scary, but with guidance from friends, family, and teachers I will do just fine. Although High School seems kind of scary it also seems rather exciting. A few things that I am looking forward to up there are more intense sport opportunities. High School sports are the first step to a college sport career. Also I am quite eager to have more freedom. In High School you are able to leave for lunch, pick your classes, and are granted special opportunities. Middle School has been a wonderful time to build friendships and learn, but High School here I come!
