Stop the bullying

One day little jimmy was at school,the thing is jimmy is not very friendly with BIllybob and so

little jimmy would pick on him everyday and would call him names and pushed him around and he was being a bully .Bullying should not be a problem to worry about,bullying actually needs be stopped and there can be two ways to do that increase staff to watch out for bullying and punishment options.

To begin with sometimes bullying is as closely monitored as it can be but sometimes it isn't,there really should be a way to fix the bullying situation so only two or three facility staff is not going to work you should at least have five or six so then you can really monitor the kids because most the time if kids are bullying other people the facility staff will not see it because they are too far away from the kids or they are not paying attention we could place one staff member to a big group of kids and then a little bit farther away another staff member and so on and forth.

This is a big problem to begin with because kids don't do anything and they just let it keep going because they too scared to do anything because anyone else won't so one situation that i came up with is to increase facility staff to watch them.Jeremiah a sixth grader at Sun ridge middle school says”one way bullying can be stopped is if we met more staff to watch out for them.I think this is a good idea and that maybe it would actually work if they tried this method hard enough.

So now that we have addressed the problem you are probably wondering why this was a really big concern this is a really big concern because the human mind cannot always take the  bullying easily some time when someone is bullied bad enough it could cause absences from school,depression,fighting,avoiding people and sometimes even suicide.we can achieve to do this by getting more staff and watching out more for bullying and hopefully we actually do it because were are always talking about it but never do .sms will be a better place because it will have a better learning environment since bullying would be no longer a problem.
