School, all students have issues with it. Whether it be tests, tardies, bullying, or organization. To me the biggest problem is respect. When giving your teachers no respect your grades go down. In Sunridge Middle School respect is a very big issue. Students think they can say what they say to their friends to their teachers. To me being in class with those students is the worst. They talk constantly and don’t ever do their work. A solution to this would be to take out extra curriculars from these students until they learn their teachers aren’t their friends. Another solution would be to put all those students together in their classes so the teachers can deal with all of them at once, so they can interrupt their own learning rather than the good students.
With one of the major issues being respect tardies come in. Tardy students are usually the troublemaking students who don’t care about getting to class. Yes, there is the rule about if you are tardy so many times you get ISD, but truly if those students get ISD for tardies then they most likely get them for others things. Teachers then have to realize they don’t give a crap. Zoe, a seventh grader believes that tardies are the worst problem at Sunridge Middle School. These students should have their privilege, extra-curricular, classes should begin to disappear and skills classes should replace those until their respect for adults comes/returns.

The second solution I have for respect is to put the disrespectful students all in one class. This problem is a large problem because some students to understand that our peers are not the same as our elders and they treat their elders as they do their teachers to which is unacceptable. This solution though not necessarily the best will create a better learning environment for the students who are at school to learn. The students who want to disrespect their teachers can than do that with one another in one whole class rather than the few there are in each class. These student all know who they are in each of our classes and if you don’t know who it is then it’s most likely you. Collin, another seventh grade believes that respect is the biggest problem in our school. He despises the fact that students are rude to their teachers.
Now that you know all about this problem and a few solution it what should you do? Tell these students to quit acting like hooligans and try to make a future for themselves and learn. If you are those students, then quit others students and teachers are sick of your misbehaving. With this problem being solved students would have more homework turned in, high grades on test, better attendance, and school would be a better place for the students, and the staff.
