Valentines Day Cake Mix Cookies

photo.JPGI picked this particular recipe because I’ve been making these cookies since I was little. It’s an old family recipe that I have no idea of it’s origin. All I know is that it’s cheap, easy, fast, and  amazingly delicious.

    Cake Mix Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 box of red velvet cake mix
½ cup of vegetable oil or its substitute
2 eggs
1 cup of chocolate chips- any kind
Mix together- about 2 min.
Once mixed, put about 1½ inches apart on an oiled pan
Bake for 9-12 minutes
Once out of the oven, let them cool for about 3 min.
Enjoy!
Note: If you double the recipe, use one box of vanilla cake mix and one box of the desired flavor
         of cake mix.

I would recommend this recipe for any occasion. All you have to do is change the flavor of cake mix. Its inexpensive, simple, easy, and delicious. Its made with ingredients found in any common household, so you won’t have any problems there. These cookies won’t even last a day in your kitchen.
