Forever Alone

I like food,

Food is great.

If only I could get a hot date;

I wake up each morning

I feel really bad.

I eat some bacon

Still feel kind of sad;

Today it’s Valentine’s Day,

Maybe things will go my way

Maybe some boy will say hey.

Let’s face it that won’t happen;

Time to go pay, for some more food,

I see a dude, walking with a girl;

She’s full of attitude.

I was so jealous

I almost sued.

Eggs, cheese, ham, and rice,

That’s the things that I call nice

Unfortunately for me they cost a price;

Food is four letters

So is love

It’s like I’m being cursed

From the gods up above.

Forever alone

With my ice-cream cone,

The hurt will never go away

So I sit and sway

Maybe catch a play;

For today it is Valentine’s Day;

Forever alone,

I say with a moan.
