Gun Rights

Imagine going shopping for a friends birthday or a treat for yourself. You’re browsing through a store and all of a sudden you hear screams and see people running about. Confused and scared you exit the store only to see a shooting taking place. I think we have the right to own guns, but in some situations such as shooting at schools or malls people should be able to feel safe. For this to happen with every gun you buy the person that is selling it to you should be more careful and more strict about selling them to the wrong person.
I think taking away our rights from guns would cause trouble but at the same time having gun rights is causing more and more deaths. Guns aren't always the problem in some cases, if guns are used the correct way they could be useful but in most situations we overuse the power of the gun.
"There are hundreds of millions of gun owners in this country, and not one of them will have an accident today. The only misuse of guns comes in environments where there are drugs, alcohol, bad parents, and undisciplined children. Period."
- Ted Nugent

This violence is cause by drinking or drugs. Gun violence is becoming a bigger deal as we come up with ways to make the guns bigger and better then ever.
