Did you know Santa's favorite cookie is not chocolate chip!He has a new favorite.Oreo, but if you want to add a little twist to the traditional cookie try this recipe.Oreo balls. They are sweet round little bliss's!Even to the people who don't like Oreo's. I assure you.
INGREDIENTS:
- one pack of Oreo
- one brick of white chocolate
- one pack of cream cheese
- a plastic bag or blender
Take the Oreo and crush or blend them till they are crumbs.Add the package of cream cheese in with the Oreo. And mix till looks WELL mixed. Then make little bite size ball shaped maybe a little bigger than bite size works just fine.Once you have them i balls, stick them in a bowl and let them sit in the fridge for a while. But if you're in a hurry you can stick it in the freezer for an hour or thirty minutes. While the balls are in the freezer start working on melting the chocolate. you need to do a double boiler.Fill the pan about half way full. Then stick the medial bowl on top of the pan.Stick a half of brick in the pan.For every pack Oreo use a half a brick.Once the chocolate is melted, take the balls out of the freezer or fridge.Take a toothpick or fork and pick the ball up and dip it in the chocolate.Once you dip it in the chocolate place it on wax paper and place in fridge or freezer.Let set for a while so chocolate candy harden. It does not take long for the chocolate to get cold.Pull them out and they are ready to eat.
