Being in Sunridge Middle School for three years, you make a lot of memories, with your friends, the classes that you were in, or your favorite teacher. For me, my favorite class was Mr. Gundlach’s in 7th grade. I had a lot of my friends in there and we made that class fun. Some of my favorite memories are from that class and I got a lot closer with people who I didn’t expect to be close with. I made a lot of memories in school each year, ranging from outdoor school in 6th grade, to getting in trouble in choir in 7th grade, to telling secrets on the volleyball bus in 8th grade.
Middle School has been a fun experience for me, but I can’t wait to get to the high school and see what it has to offer. I’m looking forward to meeting new people and seeing new faces everyday. High school will be the best four years of my life, so I’ve been told. I’m sure I won’t really enjoy the bigger school that I don’t know that well, or all the teachers that I haven’t met or anything of that sort. But people have told me that’s how everyone was at first, then you get used to it later on. Overall I’m excited to leave Middle School and finally be a high schooler, but I have to admit I will miss Sunridge a little bit, even if I say I won’t.
