Easy Basketball Tips

Hey basketball lovers! Are you looking to improve your shot and make more baskets? Listen here and I can help you out. Basketball is a very active sport and sometimes when fatigue sets in, you might find yourself falling back on old habits and wrong techniques for shooting. It's always best to practice good form and make better habits, so when you are in a game you can score some points.
First off, when you are shooting the ball, you always need to be balanced and in an athletic position. If you’re not, you can start to tip over and mess up where the ball goes when you try to shoot it. You need to have your knees shoulder width apart and slightly bent. Your shooting arm needs to be 90 degrees off to the side and above your eyes. Have the ball on your fingertips, not resting on your hand. Your non-shooting arm can be alongside the ball, just as a guide hand and nothing else. Push the ball up, keeping your arm in a straight line. Finish by snapping your wrist at the top as if you’re reaching into a cookie jar.
Working on your form and practicing these habits can make your shot better and you can make more shots in a game. Following these instructions can make you a better all around basketball player.
