First step: Make rainbow colored cupcakes from a boxed cake mix.

    Second step: Put green frosting on the rainbow colored cupcakes.

    Third step: Put sour patch rainbow candy on the cupcake and in the frosting so it stays.

    Fourth step: Put rolos on the cupcake.

    ENJOY!

    You could use this for colorful themed birthday parties or any parties in general. Or you could just make them for fun!
