Recipe for No-Bake Cookies

Have no idea what to bake for the holiday’s or for Santa? Well don’t fret! No-bake cookies are delicious treats that will make you smile with a single bite. I chose this recipe because it is great for for any holiday or party and is fairly easy to make. To make this scrumptious cookie simply follow these instructions:

First, grab one plastic bowl and mix 3 cups of oatmeal and 1 cup of coconut into it. Once this step is completed put the bowl aside for later use. Second, grab a pan that can be used on your stove and mix in ¼ cup butter, ½ cup milk, 2 cups sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, ½ cup peanut butter, and ½ cup cocoa. Third, after thoroughly mixing the ingredients put the pan on the stove and bring it to a boil for 2 minutes. Fourth, pour the contents of the pan into the bowl holding the oatmeal and coconut mix and stir them together. Once this step is completed drop the mixture down on aluminum foil by spoonfuls and then wait until the mixture has hardened until serving.

It is a family tradition of mine to make these cookies every year at Christmas time and I felt it would only be right to share this recipe with others. In my opinion, these cookies are a delicious treat that will fill your house with the wonderful scent of peanut butter.
